Amazing views …. Perfect to relax in beautiful surroundings Great hosts very helpful

We came for 3 nights stay over half term break in mid February.We took a chance with the weather as it was forecast a few dry days.Everything is as described, the place is modern comfortable minimalist&warm.Due to heavy rain this week, firewood was damp when we arrived &was unable to get the hot tub fire going, but after we messaged, the hosts got the housekeeper to bring some new dry wood and then everything was quickly resolved.Once you get the fire going,the hot tub is amazing.The wood burner in the living area is cosy and exactly what we hoped for.The main bedroom is fine, although the bed is a bit soft for my liking. The kids room with the bunk bed was great & loved by our 12 yr old daughter. The outside green space area is spacious, vast & completely secluded.Obviously in winter months, the ground was wet &marshy but it’s stunning beautiful area with the stream, it was perfect to take our dog for walks, so can imagine summer months it would be amazing. Highly recommended!

We had a very muddy but lovely stay at Applejacks. Very peaceful and completely undisturbed. The surrounding areas is beautiful! Our little dog loved running and exploring in the fields and around the stream. The log burner and hot tub was just what was needed after wet walks! Bampton is a quaint village with excellent local produce! Highly recommend breakfast at The Tuscan!If you’re looking for a very peaceful stay away from the hustle of everyday life this is definitely it!!

Ideal location lots of outside grounds for our dog to run. Property cosey and well equipped thoroughly enjoyed our stay would love to return in the summer months to enjoy more of the outdoors.

We wanted somewhere to chill out after days out dog walking and this was exactly what we hoped! Super cosy with the fire, great area for the dogs to dry off and the land was perfect for them to have a run and explore! Bed on the small side for us but we are both above average height! Helpful information provided by host for use of the hot tub. All in all a wonderful stay which we hope to come back to visit in warmer months too to enjoy the outdoor area more.

Excellent communication from hosts. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. The location was private but within perfect distance for some lovely walks. The stream within the grounds was amazing, perfect for the dog and lovely to just look at and watch. Hot tub and log fire was amazing. We have booked cabins in the past and this is the best one we have ever been too. We will 100% be back to relax and enjoy again in the future. The perfect week away.

Applejacks is beautiful. Lovely getaway cabin, the grounds are fantastic, and it’s incredibly private. We absolutely loved our stay here and we would definitely come back again. Thank you!
